How to buy

You can buy from amiga.gg without an account, with just your email address. This page takes you step by step from the product to the code.

In short

  1. Choose the product and the variant (region and value).
  2. Confirm your account's region.
  3. Add it to the cart and open the checkout.
  4. Enter your email and country, and choose a payment method.
  5. Pay by card or order with cash on delivery.
  6. You get the code on the order page and by email.

Choosing a product

Browse gift cards by platform or use search. Every product has variants: a region (Global, EU or one country) and a value (for example €50, 800 Robux or 3 months). The price you see is the price you pay, VAT included, with no extra payment fee.

The product page also has tabs for the description, redeeming and the region. Read them before you buy.

Confirming the region

For products with a region, you must tick the box that confirms your account is registered in that region before you add to the cart. If you aren't sure, stop and read how to check your region. A code bought for the wrong region can't be returned.

Checkout: your details

  • Email: we send the code and the receipt to this address. Type it carefully.
  • First and last name.
  • Country: Kosovo, Albania or North Macedonia. This is the country you are in, not your game account's region.
  • Terms of sale and refund policy: you accept them with a checkbox before you pay.

Each order holds one code. To buy several codes, place one order for each.

Paying by card

  • We accept Visa and Mastercard, in euros.
  • You enter your card details on the bank's secure payment page. We never see or store your card number.
  • Your bank might ask you to confirm the payment (3-D Secure), in an app or with a one-time code.
  • Your bank reserves the amount when you order, and we charge it only when the code is ready. If we can't deliver the code, the reservation is cancelled and you pay nothing.

Paying with cash on delivery

At checkout choose Cash on delivery when it is offered. You pay nothing now.

  1. We confirm your order. The total includes the courier fee, which is shown before you order.
  2. You pay the courier the full amount in cash, within the time shown on the page.
  3. We buy the code only after the cash has been collected and confirmed. Then the receipt and the code are sent by email and shown on the order page.
If the payment doesn't reach us in time, the order is cancelled and you pay nothing. Cash on delivery is offered only in some countries, up to a certain amount, and only for products with instant delivery. When it isn't offered, the checkout page explains why.

There is usually nothing to preload, because the code arrives on release day. If the code arrives before the release, redeeming it adds the pre-order to your library and the platform might let you download the game in advance; the game unlocks on release day. See how to redeem a game key.

What happens after you pay

  • The confirmation page shows the code as soon as it is ready, with a button to copy it.
  • We send the same by email. The email is short and links to the order page.
  • Keep your Order ID (it starts with order_). You need it if you write to us or add the order to an account.
