Questions before you buy
Which card works with my account?
The card for your account’s region. Gift cards work by account region, not by the country you live in. Each product page names the accounts the card works with.
How fast do I get my code?
Most codes appear on screen within seconds of payment, and we email them too. Some take a few minutes. A value marked "Delivered within 24 hours" is released by the seller after payment and emailed as soon as it arrives, at most 24 hours later.
How can I pay?
By Visa or Mastercard, in euros. Your bank might ask you to confirm the payment with 3-D Secure.
What if my code doesn’t work?
Check that your account’s region matches the card and that you entered the code exactly. If it still fails, contact us within 14 days with your Order ID and the error message. We refund or replace codes that don’t work.
