You can find Steam Gift Cards and Wallet Codes at retail stores across the World in a variety of denominations.

Open the Games menu and choose Redeem a Steam Wallet Code.
Enter the code exactly as shown and confirm.

Most codes appear on screen right after payment, and we also send them to your email. A value marked "Delivered within 24 hours" is released by the seller after payment: we email it as soon as it arrives, at most 24 hours later, and your card is charged only then.
Your Steam account must be registered in the card’s activation region, shown next to the price. Check your account region before you buy.
Delivered codes can’t be returned. If a code doesn’t work, contact support within 14 days. We check it with the supplier and refund or replace the code.
